Always know that these messages flow to you on energies of Light, hope, encouragement, and truth through which you then become silent Light workers wordlessly bringing these same truths to those receptive simply through the presence of your state of consciousness.

Personally and globally the world is experiencing the effects of the resurfacing of energies that have  lain hidden, dormant, and largely unknown for centuries. High resonating frequencies of Light energy automatically act to expose dormant old energies allowing them to re-activate, be experienced, and recognized for what what they represent individually and globally which will begin the process of clearing them from earth's collective consciousness.

Regardless how rich, powerful, famous, important or unimportant, religious, ordinary, good or bad, individuals who choose to continue aligning  with the low resonating energies of duality, separation, and two powers will not be able to live in the higher 5D energies of an ascended earth. This is not a punishment, for God does not punish (or even have concepts of punishing ITself) but rather is due to the fact that energy always seeks to align with like energy and those choosing to remain in low resonating energy will not be able to align with the higher.

Life experiences reflect what one's state of consciousness is in alignment with. It is not always personal such as when a person has certain fears because of past life experiences but rather is simply their alignment with collective consciousness.  Because there is only ONE, every individualization of that ONE seeks to align as ONE. This is why three dimensional concepts of good--money, material goods, success, status, power, etc. will and can never satisfy the deep inner longing and continual search for completeness and wholeness that every human has.

Alignment examples: Hypochondriacs draw to themselves health issues.  Every declared “war on” this disease or that situation simply adds energy to and further empowers it. Victims attract victim situations and violence attracts violence. Fear often attracts the very thing  that is feared be it disease, loss, etc. The key of spiritual understanding and the goal of evolution is that there is only ONE  

​

Material concepts will always be temporary regardless of how wonderful and fulfilling or horrible and bad they may be. This is because material concepts have no Divine Law (reality) to permanently support, maintain, and sustain them.  Concepts of both good and bad are simply mind formed interpretations  of a spiritual reality or Divine Idea. Mind is an avenue of awareness interpreting and manifesting a person's state of consciousness which makes every person a creator.

It is time to put rites and rituals, special prayers, symbols, etc. aside. These things were important facets of your evolutionary process but no longer serve and in fact can hold you in separation once you know that you already are what you have been seeking through these tools.  Keep yourself centered in oneness at all times regardless of outer appearances.  It is through the continual living and practice of truth that a person eventually evolves beyond hundreds of lifetimes of three dimensional programming and graduates to a consciousness of truth.

Old habits and ways of thinking often follow a person from lifetime to lifetime making it difficult for some to move beyond certain people, places, things, traditions, and beliefs even after they realize that these things no longer serve them as they once did. Never attempt to keep something you have spiritually outgrown alive and well in order to please another or to "fit in". This can be fine up to a point as you may occasionally have to "play the game" but never surrender personal power which is a spiritual quality to some person or group simply because they demand it.

​

Moving beyond the past is like cleaning out a cluttered attic. As each box is opened, the emotions and experiences that accompany its contents begin to manifest.  Do not resist the emotions of love, hate, regret, sadness, joy, depression, or even revulsion that may surface but rather allow them expression in the realization the experiences associated with these memories helped you evolve to where you are today. Without judgement, acknowledge and release them in the realization that every bit of debris (false concepts and beliefs) you clear from your consciousness (attic) makes more room for truth.  

​

We have often explained that love is the energy flowing between and connecting all expressions of the One Divine Consciousness/God and is never limited to three dimensional concepts of it. This same energy can and does manifest as hate, violence and negativity when flowing from states of consciousness  conditioned by and filled with beliefs of duality, separation, and two powers. 

​

God is, always has, and will continue to  infinitely express Itself in, as, and through ITs  expressions because IT cannot do otherwise.  God is always simply being God.  Every individual  (not the human ego concept of person but the real SELF) embodies the fullness and not just a portion of God for how could an infinite omnipresent God divide ITself into portions ?  

​

Life on earth is not just about getting and achieving concepts of good, but rather every lifetime for every individual with all its experiences both good and bad is for the sole purpose of spiritual evolution and eventually realizing that there is only ONE-- that every life is that ONE life, every mind is Divine Mind, and every consciousness is Divine Consciousness even if it means a few lifetimes of falling flat on one's face.

SELF embodies every quality of God--freedom, comfort, abundance, harmony, completeness, intelligence, and is self sustained and maintained--wholeness, completeness lacking nothing. Am I allowing others to experience their Divine qualities or do I just want them for myself?  Allow others the freedom to be who they are in the knowledge that the negative experiences so many are experiencing at this time may very well be experiences that they themselves chose pre-birth as being necessary for spiritual growth. There really are no accidents.

Let truth be your sword and shield in every situation trusting that all is proceeding according to plan because earth's ascension into her real self is a Divine Plan never subject to three dimensional beliefs, concepts, or desires,

We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you. 

We have been aware of so many of the struggles that humanity faces, and we have taken a hands-off, non-interference approach, and many of you would ask why. Many of you would ask, ‘Why do the e.t.s not intervene on our behalf? Why are we not protected from the forces that would keep us down, keep us feeling enslaved?’ Well, the truth is you all wanted it this way before you were born onto that planet in this lifetime, whether you know it or not.

Now, hear us out. From the human perspective, people living in war-torn countries, experiencing poverty, famine, all kinds of civil unrest, these are all terrible things that no one would ever want. And it is true that they are terrible things, and it is all right for you all to decide that they are terrible things and that you do not want them anymore, and that is one of the purposes that they serve for you. You get to create what you want out of those circumstances that you don’t want.

You also get to experience yourselves as the ones who feeds the hungry person, or you get to experience yourselves as the one who gives money to the poor. You get to experience yourselves as the ones who stand up for those who are disenfranchised in some way. People who live in those war-torn countries get to experience themselves as heroes, and many have. And so, for any being or group of beings to come into your environment and say, ‘We will make it all better for you,’ would just be robbing you of those experiences of self that you ultimately want to have as souls, and some of you can even admit want to have as people.

This is why non-interference is such an important policy for e.t.s to take. Now, have all e.t.s taken the non-interference policy to heart all the time? Of course, you know the answer to that is no. We can say it is true for us, but we can also say that we were interested in other things, and what we were interested in didn’t involve planet Earth for a very long time.

And now we have taken an interest in you, and we know that the way to help you is to teach you, to send you energies, and all kinds of codes and transmissions. And we know that you will take the knowledge that you receive from us and the energies that you download, and you will run with them, and you will get to experience the joy of your own growth. 

Many on Earth would like to see thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, or even millions of trials going on to bring the truth to light about those who have been doing the dastardly deeds there on your planet. And perhaps you think we would be the ones to be the judges or the juries in those cases, but that is going about it the very long and very hard way. It is so much easier to forgive, and it is so much faster to see the light, the love, the Divinity within each and every human being no matter what they have done. 

It is so much better for you than to lock them all up, and some of you know this, and some of you are doing it, and you are the ones doing that work that some humans want us to do. We are not coming to balance the scales for you, but you can do so much with what is happening inside of you. You can do so much when you realize you’re holding onto resentment, you’re holding onto judgment, you’re condemning those who seem to be responsible for all the problems on your world.

And when you let go of all of that heaviness and all that darkness that is within you, then you don’t need to create the idea of villains in your stories anymore. And it just so happens that when enough of you are in that space of forgiveness, that’s when the ships will land. When enough people decide that no one has to be put on trial and no one has to be locked up, that’s when you will open up to your friends and family members who are waiting patiently on their ships in your skies. We are excited for that day to come, and we know that it is coming soon.

Who Knows Who is Real and Whom to Believe?

Well, depending on whom you believe, most of the political lights and Hollywood celebrities we see have left this veil of tears some time ago.

Most political figures seem to have left for treason and crimes that it feeds into. Many in this category also were convicted of child sex crimes, torture, adrenochrome harvesting, etc.

Most celebrities left for child sex trafficking, torture, adrenochrome, etc.

Not that I follow what’s happening in Hollywood, but I do notice a scarcity of the celebrities of my generation in today’s movies. I imagine the mainstream media is following the CIA’s playbook in handling the disappearance of so many.

An assortment of CGI, AI, and masked actors allow the political figures a few more years of life on our screens – presidents, vice-presidents, cabinet heads, agency directors, on and on the list goes of folks who plotted world domination; all have left the scene … errr … and have not left the scene.

Who knows who is real and whom to believe? I’m just watching the images and scenes go by and praying for those affected and for the return of peace.

If I didn’t know that the Divine Mother has a Plan and desires that all evil should be shaken off the Earth once and for all, where would I be right now?

If I didn’t know that thousands, and some have said millions, of lightships surround the Earth, making sure that Illuminati plans fail or are turned to good use….

If I didn’t know that our star family are backing up the Global White Hat Alliance and that President Trump is at the head of the latter…

… where would I be?

I’d be stressed out of my skull. I’d be keeping my attention on just my family and closest friends. I’d have no thoughts about a future in which things would work out. I’d be muttering to myself: This must be the end of days … the end days … the end.

But I do know the Divine Mother has a Plan and that it will work out. It’s that Plan that I’d like to review here at this time of chaos, troop deployment, gang violence, etc.

Let me leave off discussing the plans of the rest of the forces arrayed against the deep state for another time and just look at her (1) Plan.

The Mother has discussed her plan in readings and on the radio. We’ve discussed them here so this may be a review for many.

She’s said:

Divine Mother: It was always intended that this be my planet of love. The magnitude of what can be experienced in the purity of that fulfillment is beyond your imagination. But that doesn’t matter. It encourages you to dream.

And you will see it. You will see it in your lifetimes, in your time, and you will come to know just what is possible. (2)

Earth is to become a playground where the angels will come to have an experience of love in physicality. It’s no longer to be a prison planet, she assures us:

DM: [I am speaking about] those in … positions where control and abuse of power have been rampant. That will not be the platform [from] which integration of the various galaxies [into a new interdimensional space] takes place. That is not the Plan.  (3)

And what is not in her Plan will not occur:

DM: I know very clearly, sweet one, as do you, if it is not [in] my Plan, then it will not occur. (4)

It’s not the triumph of this nation or that, this religion or that. It’s the triumph of love:

DM: Make no mistake, Sweet One, Love will win because that has been my Plan always.  (5)

We follow this event and that disaster, this developing story and that new audiofile. But the Mother chides us:

Divine Mother: We are not talking about transient interpretations of what is transpiring. It is aligning and adhering to the standalone truth – and the standalone truth, sweet one, is only love. (6)

I know the treasure that higher-dimensional love is so I can well appreciate that that love is the standalone truth.

Anything evil or in other ways dark will not survive Ascension:

Divine Mother: [This time] is the destruction of what cannot be upon this planet any longer. … Much has come to the surface. … I am not asking you to put yourself in harm’s way. … Those who do not want [unity] are leaving. (7)

The Arcturians echo the Mother. Let them represent our star family on our future:

“Trust that earth’s ascension is a Divine Plan and Divine Plans cannot be diverted or affected by resistance from human minds that are governed by ego and false information.” (8)

I got it!

Once we know the Mother’s Plan, I’m tempted to say, after her:

DM: Is there really any further conversation to be had? (9)

Not from this cowboy. But our curiosity at how her Plan will unfold does spur us on to look at a later time at how the Plan ripples down and manifests on this plane.

New bill seeks to strip vaccine manufacturers of liability protections

The End the Vaccine Carveout Act was introduced in Congress on July 23 by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), aiming to remove liability protections for vaccine manufacturers and potentially expose them to numerous lawsuits over alleged injuries.

The bill seeks to amend the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which currently shields manufacturers from most vaccine injury lawsuits. This act was originally enacted to ensure a stable vaccine supply by limiting manufacturers’ liability.

The proposed legislation would allow individuals to bypass the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and file civil suits directly against manufacturers in state or federal court. This change would eliminate the current requirement for claimants to exhaust administrative remedies before seeking judicial relief.

Supporters argue that the bill will increase accountability by allowing injured individuals to seek legal justice and compensation. Opponents, including industry analysts, warn that it could lead to increased litigation costs, potential disruptions in vaccine production and reduced public health outcomes.

The bill’s introduction comes amid scrutiny of public confidence in vaccines, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The bill seeks to amend the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which currently shields manufacturers from most lawsuits related to vaccine injuries. The legislation was enacted to ensure a stable vaccine supply by limiting manufacturers’ liability. Under this law, individuals who believe they have been injured by a vaccine must first file a petition with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). This program, however, has faced criticism for its lengthy backlog, with judgments often taking years to be rendered.

The new bill would allow individuals to bypass the VICP and file civil suits directly against manufacturers in state or federal court. This change could significantly alter the legal landscape, as it would remove the current requirement for claimants to exhaust administrative remedies before seeking judicial relief.

Gosar argues that the existing liability protections unfairly shield pharmaceutical companies from accountability.

“Current immunity provisions unfairly shielding Big Pharma from the harms caused by their products prevent those injured by vaccines from pursuing a civil lawsuit,” Gosar stated on July 24. He emphasized that the bill would “put patients over profits” by allowing injured individuals to seek legal justice and compensation.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was a response to a crisis in the 1980s when several lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates. The legislation was designed to balance the need for vaccine safety with the necessity of maintaining a robust vaccine supply.

The act established the VICP, a no-fault alternative to traditional tort litigation, to provide compensation to individuals injured by certain vaccines. The program has paid out billions of dollars in compensation since its inception, but critics argue that it is not sufficiently accessible or timely.

The introduction of H.R. 4668 comes at a time when public confidence in vaccines is under scrutiny, particularly in the wake of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Advocates for the bill argue that it will increase transparency and accountability, ultimately leading to safer vaccines. Opponents, however, warn that it could have unintended consequences, such as increased litigation costs and potential disruptions in vaccine production. Support and Opposition

Support for the bill has come from various advocacy groups, including the nonprofit Children’s Health Defense. Mary Holland, the organization’s president, expressed strong support for the legislation, stating that it would ensure vaccines are held to the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.

“This is exactly what we need to ensure that vaccines are as safe as possible,” Holland said in a statement.

On the other hand, the pharmaceutical industry has remained largely silent on the matter. PhRMA, a trade group representing vaccine manufacturers, did not respond to a request for comment. However, industry analysts suggest that manufacturers are likely concerned about the potential impact on their businesses.

Historically, the pharmaceutical industry has argued that liability protections are essential to encourage innovation and investment in vaccine development. They contend that without these protections, manufacturers might be less inclined to produce vaccines, which could lead to shortages and reduced public health outcomes.

The End the Vaccine Carveout Act represents a significant shift in the approach to vaccine liability. If passed, it could have far-reaching implications for both the pharmaceutical industry and public health. While proponents argue that it will enhance accountability and safety, opponents warn of potential disruptions to vaccine supply and increased litigation.
