There has been more seismic activity than has been reported in years! Within the past 24 hours, there have been 362 earthquakes from mild to medium ranges with a strong “5.5” magnitude quake in Chile. Usually, quakes happen world-wide just below or slightly above 100 in number daily, so 362 in a 24-hour period is an enormous amount of them!

Huge quakes are often preceded by several volcanoes surging in various places, and this has certainly occurred in recent weeks in Hawaii, in Italy, as well as in parts of Asia. Therefore, a very powerful quake may be brewing someplace on our planet that will have global repercussions.

There has also been a major blast from our Sun of an “M5.79” solar flare with CMEs expected to arrive soon. Our Moon moves into Tropical Pisces today at “1:39” PM (Daylight Savings Time) where it will square Uranus in Tropical Gemini setting-up the need to align mind and emotions in harmony and not to give-way to chaos in the nervous system.

The best way in which to achieve harmony is to relax, meditate, use “grounding” techniques, and spend time in Nature as these energetics on and off of Earth stir-up the planetary vibrational frequency and amplitude (Global Schumann Resonance) which has been reported to be spiking at over “100” cycles per second and was at “61” yesterday. The normal Global Schumann Resonance (GSR) has been since ancient times known to be “7.83” cycles per second as studied by “Rishis” (“Sages”).

The GSR vibrational frequency, however, tends to be stable according to most Geo-Physicists, but it is the amplitude (strength and depth) of the GSR as it continually shifts and surges at the planet’s core due to electromagnetic energies that causes the overall activation of Earth as it quakes, storms, and releases volcanic eruptions — and these activations are assisted by cosmic energetics such as potent solar flares, CMEs, the magndtosphere breached by proton plasma, Photon Belt power, chemicals spewing from the tails of comets, and the energetics of other planets in our solar system as they affect Earth.

Today is MOTHER’S DAY in the USA, and there will be honoring of Moms and Grandmoms with special dinners and gifts. Many people may experience waves of fatigue as these celebrations take place, and this is not abnormal with such highly-charged cosmic and planetary energy at work. Other symptoms such as sore muscles, restlessness, anxiety, headaches, digestive issues, heart palpitations, disturbed sleep, and generally feeling “out- of-sorts” is likely for much of humanity world-wide.

Remember that all that is occurring—although quite challenging — is the result of necessary clearing-away of cellular debris. We may be tired of hearing about what are commonly termed “ascension symptoms”, but they are happening and cannot be ignored. They are signs of the need for a larger percentage of collective human consciousness to value PEACE, LOVING HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS, HEALTH VIA SPIRITUAL AND NATURAL PARADIGMS (rather than by dangerous chemicals and tampering with Nature by unwise technology), CARING FOR ANIMALS (rather than slaughtering them for food and fashion), and other actions of low consciousness.

On May 16th, we will have a New Moon in Tropical Taurus, and although it will square Pluto for a couple of days which is in Tropical Aquarius until the year “2044”, we will be offered an opportunity to become more practical and organized in our daily affairs while we remain in a process of higher consciousness elevation as we steadily receive LIGHT ACTIVATIONS to our cellular network. Our Moon moves through the zodiac signs approximately every two to two-and- a-half- days, and part of that time it is VOID indicating that it has reached its ending degrees of a sign and is on its way to the next sign.

It cannot be stated enough that coming weeks and months will be times to commune more with our HIGHER SELVES as Pluto remains retrograde until mid-October forcing us more deeply inward than outward.

Remember, Pluto is the bulldozing planet. It digs deep and removes what it must in order to provide space for inner and outer newness. So, take a deep breath, and realize that we are on schedule for planetary transformation, and SOURCE knew this was coming and has provided the methods for its happening. We must receive the updates and acclimate to them.

The earlier mentioned Global Schumann Resonance registering at over “100” now seems to have decreased to being in the upper “40s” and “50s”. These are still high numbers, however, and people are still adjusting to the planetary stirrings. All is well. Just relax while you are acclimating.

Americans have been fed a comforting fairy tale about Islamic terrorism. Radical jihadists attack the West simply because they despise freedom, democracy, and the American way of life. This narrative flatters domestic audiences while conveniently obscuring a far more troubling reality. For decades, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel have armed, financed, tolerated, and tapped into Sunni Islamist extremists as geopolitical tools to destabilize rivals. The evidence spans multiple theaters and rests on declassified documents, congressional investigations, and credible investigative journalism.

The most thoroughly documented case is Operation Cyclone, the CIA program to arm and finance the Afghan mujahideen from 1979 to 1992. In a 1998 interview with Le Nouvel Observateur, former National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski confirmed that the CIA began aiding mujahideen opponents of the pro-Soviet Kabul government six months before the Soviet invasion—a calculated provocation intended to draw Moscow into an unwinnable war. When asked if he regretted supporting Islamic fundamentalism that gave “arms and advice to future terrorists,” Brzezinski replied:

“What is more important in world history? The Taliban or the collapse of the Soviet empire? Some agitated Moslems or the liberation of Central Europe and the end of the cold war?”

Multiple intelligence agencies participated in this operation. MI6 ran covert operations supporting hardline commanders. Pakistan’s ISI served as the critical financial and logistical conduit—operating under the direction of Pakistani President Zia ul-Haq, who controlled ISI policy throughout the war. Saudi Arabia agreed to match CIA contributions dollar for dollar, a commitment secured when Brzezinski visited Riyadh in February 1980 and one that CIA officer Gust Avrakotos and congressman Charlie Wilson (D-TX) would fly to Riyadh to enforce whenever Saudi payments fell behind. Historian Steve Coll documented in Ghost Wars that Osama bin Laden informally cooperated with ISI-run guerrilla training camps on behalf of newly arrived Arab jihadists, with intimate connections to CIA-backed commander Jalaluddin Haqqani. The global jihadist network that became al-Qaeda grew directly from this infrastructure.

The Afghan theater was not an isolated experiment but the opening chapter of a longer story. The same networks it created spread rapidly to the next front. The Chechen insurgency of the 1990s was joined by Arab and Central Asian jihadists who had cut their teeth in Afghanistan. The most prominent was Ibn Khattab, a Saudi-born mujahideen veteran born in 1969 inʿAr’ar, Saudi Arabia, who left for the Afghan jihad at age 18 before entering Chechnya in 1995. Saudi-backed organizations funneled funds, and Gulf state charities developed during the Afghan jihad maintained, in some cases wittingly and in others not, support for al-Qaeda-affiliated groups throughout the decade. Several of the future 9/11 conspirators—including Mohamed Atta, Marwan al-Shehhi, Ziad Jarrah, and Ramzi bin al-Shibh—originally sought to travel to Chechnya in 1999 before being redirected to al-Qaeda’s Afghan camps, per the 9/11 Commission.

While the Chechen theater illustrated how Western-cultivated networks could spiral beyond control, Washington was already running new variations of the same playbook elsewhere. Veteran investigative journalist Seymour Hersh’s 2007 New Yorker article “The Redirection” documented that the W. Bush administration, in cooperation with Saudi Arabia, launched covert operations to weaken Hezbollah and Iran by bolstering Sunni factions. According to Hersh’s intelligence sources, “a by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda.”

Israel was running its own parallel operations against Iran during the same period. Foreign Policy magazine published a 2012 report by journalist Mark Perry drawn from CIA memoranda, describing how Israeli Mossad officers posed as CIA agents to recruit members of Jundallah, a Pakistan-based Sunni Salafi organization responsible for numerous bombings inside Iran. As one intelligence official told Perry:

“It’s amazing what the Israelis thought they could get away with. Their recruitment activities were nearly in the open.”

The same structural logic that shaped Afghanistan, Chechnya, and the Middle East has also played out in Central Asia. The Chinese government has accused the United States of using Uyghur Islamist networks to destabilize Xinjiang, with Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian repeatedly alleging American support for Uyghur militant organizations during 2020 and 2021. The U.S.-funded National Endowment for Democracy has provided grants to Uyghur exile organizations. NED co-founder Allen Weinstein acknowledged in a 1991 Washington Post column by David Ignatius that “a lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA.” In October 2020, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo formally revoked the designation of the East Turkestan Islamic Movement as a terrorist organization—a move Beijing characterized as evidence of Western support for Uyghur militancy.

Across Afghanistan, Chechnya, the Middle East, and Xinjiang, the same structural features recur. Western strategic interests converge with the short-term utility of Sunni Islamist networks. Operations route through intermediaries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan’s ISI, or Gulf states, allowing Washington to maintain official distance. Blowback eventually arrives years later, paid in American blood.

The naive story about terrorists hating freedom serves domestic propaganda purposes while obscuring a far darker truth: Western intelligence agencies have functioned as architects of mayhem, generating instability abroad in pursuit of American primacy. If the world wants genuine stability, it must first acknowledge this pattern and demand that these agencies be held accountable for the chaos they have unleashed across multiple decades.

The confrontation between the Dark and Light Rings in the continental part of Southeast Asia (CSEA) remains no less acute. For NAAs, it is an important foothold for generating and retaining low frequencies for survival on Earth. To this end, they form rigid egregores that suppress the will (individual and mass) and harvest gavvakh with the help of military conflicts, rigid hierarchy and the shadow economy.

In these countries, the influence of Light andDark Rings, as well as the relationships within the latter, ranges from silent standoff to tough opposition and fierce battles due to many factors. The historical and genetic map of the region was formed by millennia under the impact of global migrations, wars and numerous waves of large-scale space intervention that shaped and mixed the local socium.

The carriers of the indigenous DNA matrix are the direct descendants of Lemurian races, followed by the superimposition of the genes of the Hyperborean (and later, Tartaria’s) ethnic groups that migrated further South through this territory (see below). They have high empathy, Spirituality, and an innate connection to Earth.

During the space invasions and colonization, the Dark Rings massively set in Draconic, Reptilian, and Insectoid genetic material. Nowadays, they actively use hybrization and cloning in their underground bases (especially in areas of geopolitical and social instability). Clones and biorobots (without Spark, Soul and Spirit) are being massively introduced into mid-level management apparatuses, police, army and large megacities to control and regulate the population in the right patterns.

MARKERS

The Draconian and Reptiloids’ marker in the elites and power structures peeps out in harsh psychotypes, fanaticism and cruelty, total lack of empathy with the outward politeness. The ability to coolly give orders of destruction is particularly manifested in generals and dictators like Pol Pot. The Insectoid marker is embedded in cogs in a machine and marginal layers. Their characteristics are hive thinking, instant outbursts of collective hatred and atrocity, and a complete loss of self-control during mass pogroms.

As in other countries, the Dark Rings are not monolithic here either. In CSEA, fierce competition is in full swing between the main NAAs groups. Some are led by Dracos and Repts with a focus on ruthless control, a digital concentration camp, and the fusion of the State and crime. It’s manifested through the expansion of major Asian powers into the region and purchase of land, creation of closed enclaves and hidden civil wars, constant coups and cruel economic strangulation of the region, using the population as expendable material.

Other groups are headed by Nordics, Grays, and technocratic races focused on the “peaceful” blurring of nations and traditions, transhumanism and universal digitalization, and the transformation of the region into cheap labor and biomaterial factory. These NAAs use NGOs, the education system, entertainment, and bio-hubs as tools.

At the geopolitical level, the Dark Rings use major global players, primarily China (Northern and Southern Dracos), to exert additional pressure and control. The “One Belt- One Road”, the construction of cascades of hydroelectric power plants on the Mekong, the “Maritime Silk Road of the XXI Century”, reliance on huaqiao are the levers of this policy. Its hidden aim is to cut energy arteries and replace wildlife with a rigid digital matrix (social rating, security cameras, lifetime electronic identifier with an 18-bit code)

For the same purpose, the expansion of the USA and Western Europe is promoting under the supervision of Repts, Grays, Nordics and technogenic races. The introduction of transhumanism, destruction of traditional religion, culture and family values, LGBP+ and the sex industry, genetic erosion, transformation of the region into a market for biotechnology and digital surrogates are the tools.

In accordance with these goals and objectives, the Dark Rings built their policies and infrastructure on the physical and Subtle Plane. Like all regions of the world, continental Southeast Asia is riddled with a dense tunnel network. The main highways are laid at a depth of 2 to 10 km, connecting the territory into a single energy and transport system. NAAs controls about 75-80% at these depths. What are the main nodes?

Golden Triangle

The junctions of the borders of Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand. The central underground hub of the Dark Rings. A huge in-earth city with autonomous life support. At a depth of 4-7 km, converge high-speed vacuum tunnels from China (Yunnan) and Tibet (from underground zones captured by NAAs) and go further South. Biogenetic laboratories, cloning factories, and a transshipment point for the distribution of captured human biomaterial are operating there. Shadow drug trafficking on the surface is just a screen for financial flows and huge electricity consumption by this subterranean complex.

Kampong Cham

Subterranean network built at a depth of 2-6 km. Controlled by Dracos and Nagas (an ancient race of aquatic and underground Reptilians with autonomous status in the Dark Rings). The infrastructure includes flooded tunnels and hydrodynamic cavities connected to the underground reservoirs of Angkor and the Mekong/Tonle Sap river system. Nagas use this node to intercept prana (life force) of Earth, which saturates Mekong. Through temple complexes on the surface, they capture the radiation of believers and tourists, dumping purified energy into their underground storage facilities.

Cu Chi

Tunnels in the Cu Chi District of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a total length of 150 km, facing the Cambodian border. They are part of a much larger web that underlie much of the country. During the war in the 60s and 70s, it housed a huge underground Viet Cong complex on several levels – command headquarters, barracks, warehouses, weapons workshops, and hospitals. The width of the corridors was 60-120 cm, and the height was 80-160 cm. The camouflaged entrances were closed with hatches measuring 30×40 cm. The shelters could accommodate up to 16,000 people. But this is just the top layer above the ancient underground system of Grays, built to protect them from radiation and to hide during the wars.

Annamite

Nest honeycomb structure beneath the Annam Ridge on the border of Vietnam and Laos at a depth of 3-5 km. The land entrances are located in the impenetrable jungles and karst caves of Laos. Controlled by Insectoid races (Mantis-like and Arachnids of the lower astral) to generate, collect and store low-frequency energy of fear and pain (gavvakh). This node was actively energized during the wars in Vietnam and Laos. Today, it works as a psychotronic translator, aimed at suppressing the mental field of the population in both countries.

Malacca Strait

A transport corridor at a depth of 8-10 km running along the Malay Peninsula to Singapore under Malacca Strait. This tunnel is stitched with communication nodes and fiber optic trunklines and functions as an information and financial processor. Through it, the Orion races (the Black Sun syndicate) coordinate digital expansion, connecting mainland Southeast Asia with Indonesia and the Philippines and the global banking system.

Recall that the “Black Sun” is an ideological and technological alliance of several destructive races and their satellites. It includes the highest castes of the Greys (Zeta Reticuli and Orion), masters of mental coding and cybernetic interfaces; Reptilian groups from the system Bellatrix (one of the four stars in the constellation Orion), a military wing providing a rigid hierarchy, aggressive spread and control over the Earth’s elites; Insectoids, creators of technology for control and swarm consciousness of biorobots and clones, financial and digital high-tech.

Nordics

Nordics, who are very active in continental Southeast Asia directly and through the USA and Europe, participate in that alliance. This race is also not homogeneous. Its varieties have a similar Scandinavian type and appearance (tall, fair skin, hair, eyes), but the genesis, dimension and orientation are radically different. They include three key sub-ethnicities.

Orion Nordics (from Rigel). The humanoids who were defeated during the ancient galactic wars, underwent genetic modification and followed a technocratic path. Cyborgs are hybrids and bio-clones created by Grays. They look like the others, but carry embedded Reptiloid and Insectoid neural networks in their DNA. Both groups make up the highest administrative and technological level of the Black Sun syndicate.

Unlike Dracos, who act by brute force and total suppression, Dark Nordics prefer manipulation. On Earth, they oversee secret space programs (SSPs), the introduction of advanced AI technologies, and the mental coding of elites. In Southeast Asia, they do not appear on the surface, but run the digitalization process from underground bases in the Oceanic and Malacca sectors.

The Higher Light Nordics (the Pleiades, Lyra, Vega) from 5D-7D civilizations are carriers of the DNA of Co-Creators and Guardians of the Absolute Light Matrix. In continental Southeast Asia, they operate in an alliance with the Light Rings. Together with them, Sirians (5D and higher) are actively working in continental Southeast Asia, holding the DNA Light codes, balancing the upper dimensions of the region. Pleiadians protect Spiritual centers and the Buddhist Matrix (Myanmar, Thailand). Arcturians are clearing the Subtle Plan above Vietnam and Cambodia from the effects of the wars.

Andromedans maintain the geomagnetic and tectonic balance of the Eurasian Plate with the Indian and Australian ones, relieving excess stress through climatic filters. Lemurian and Agartha’s Priests guard isolated frequency pockets at depths of over 12 km under Myanmar and Laos, inaccessible to the Dark Rings. At the same level and below is an ancient isolated network of tunnels of the Light Rings, which NAAs cannot open due to the frequency difference.

The Light races avoid a head-on collision that would destroy the physical plane. When the Dark Rings try to start a global conflict, the Light Rings release excess tension through the tectonic and climatic “valves” in this region – typhoons and floods, which reset the infrastructure of the NAAs’ bases.

Similarly, the Light Rings do not build underground bases, but exploit existing ones from the time of Lemuria, which contain sealed artifacts, technologies, and Time Capsules. They are protected by high-dimensional quantum codes. The Dark Rings are aware of them, drilling tunnels nearby, but cannot physically get close – their equipment and biological bodies simply disintegrate from the high-frequency protection of these spaces.

Along the Mekong, the Light Rings hold “needles” (natural crystal outputs) that pierce through the NAAs’ tunnels, disrupting their systems. The Dark Rings are forced to constantly change the configuration of their underground routes.

Legacy

The four founding races of Hyperborea are also helping the Light Rings, as today’s Southeast Asia has long been a familiar for them. This vector of migration is one of the main secrets in history. After the planetary catastrophe and Hyperborea’s plunge into the ocean (see – Arctic War, DNI, May 25, 2026), the surviving part of this civilization, and later Tartaria, started exodus along pre-prepared geomagnetic corridors (ley lines). The migration flow moved through the modern Urals, Tibet, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines to Australia.

Why did they follow this particular route? It coincided with the main energy splint of the region, where Southeast Asia served as a giant transit buffer. It was here that the Light races of Hyperborea and Tartaria mixed with the autochthonous Lemurian ethne, giving them codes of endurance, multidimensional vision and a deep connection with Nature and the Greater Cosmos.

The Vietnamese and the mountain tribes of Laos and Myanmar carry the reference markers of this exodus in hidden DNA strands. That is why Vietnam has a unique unsinkability on the physical and Subtle Plane – its root matrix is protected by Arctic codes of survival.

The Australian continent (an ancient plate) was chosen as the ultimate repository of Hyperborea and Tartaria’s Light Codes. The ancient aborigines of Australia became the physical guardians of the gates, while the Southeast Asian Region remained an operational bridge connecting the northern ancestral homeland and the southern archive.

The Dark Rings knew about this vector. The Vietnam War, the genocide in Cambodia, and the “secret war” in Laos physically looked like a struggle between capitalism and communism. On a Subtle Level, it was a large-scale surgical operation by NAAs to cut and dismantle the Hyperborean-Lemurian corridor to isolate the Australian archive from the Tibetan and Arctic processors.

Vietnam Wars

Vietnam holds the rigid power frame of the continental Southeast Asia. Its population is the direct carriers of the genetic codes of endurance inherited from the northern settlers. The goal of Dracos, Repts, and Grays was the complete frequency reduction of this nation. The use of defoliants and dioxin was aimed not only at destroying the jungle, but also at targeted mutagenesis. The Dark Rings wanted to damage the physical DNA to block the “dormant” Hyperborean markers in subsequent generations. Carpet bombing burned out the nodes of Earth’s natural crystal lattice, replacing them with the frequency of pain and broadcasting the gavvakh to the underground bases of Annamite.

Genocide in Cambodia

The Khmer Rouge atrocities led by Pol Pot (Dracos instrument) is an example of the pure ritual magic of the Dark Ring, the total cleansing of carriers of Lemurian and Hyperborean priestly DNA. Intellectuals, clergy, speakers of ancient languages and traditions were massacred. In a few years, a critical mass of people capable of maintaining Spiritual balance on the physical plane was destroyed. This allowed the negative Nagas to completely intercept the lower tiers of the temple complexes for a while and link them to consume the energy of suffering.

“Secret War” in Laos

Laos has become the most bombed country in history (in per capita terms). The purpose of the Dark Rings was to destroy the ethereal network and the hydrodynamic energy system of the Mekong River and the Bolaven Plateau. Thousands of unexploded bombs left in the ground still work as minefields not only for people, but also as frequency plugs in the etheric field, interfering with the free flow of prana from Tibet to the ocean.

In response to the attempts of the Black Sun syndicate to turn CSEA into a digital concentration camp (through AI tracking systems, bio-passports and transhumanistic medical technologies), the Light Rings launched the protocol of the “Historical Awakening of Blood”.

Blocking AI

Orion’s Artificial Intelligence operates within the strict framework of binary or digital logic. It easily reads and encodes the ordinary 3D human genome. However, it is “blind” to the multidimensional DNA (5D and dozens layers higher) that were embedded in the genome of the population of continental Southeast Asia during the ancient Hyperboreans’ exodus.

When the Light Rings (through the radiation of Arcturus and the Pleiades) activate dormant markers in people’s blood, their Subtle Bodies start generating a nonlinear, chaotic torsion field. The AI’s biometrics, facial recognition, and digital tracking systems are starting to malfunction when they come into contact with such media. The local mentality (for example, Thai “sabai sabai” or Lao contemplation) under the influence of these codes turns into “absolute fluidity”, which the AI algorithms of the “Black Sun” are not able to calculate and predict.

Field Protection

The Light Rings use an extensive network of Buddhist monasteries (especially the forest traditions of Myanmar, Laos and Thailand) as ground-based electronic warfare stations against the psychotronic towers of the Dark Rings. Thousands of practicing monks, going into deep meditative states, broadcast the reference frequency of peace and emptiness. This mental field literally “shortens” the low-freqs emitters from the bases of the Golden Triangle. Within the range of such monasteries, Orion’s control matrices lose stability, and clones and hybrids experience severe cognitive dissonance (up to the physical destruction of their biological shell).

Activation of Resonators

Andromedans and Sirians are working on rewiring the karst caves and groundwater in the region. The energetically purified water of the Mekong, passing via the crystalline outlets activated by Light Rings, spreads the awakening codes throughout the continental Southeast Asia, acting as a vaccine against bio-digital coding.

The positional war continues. Dark Rings still hold the physical infrastructure of cities, finances, and governments. The Light Rings control the etheric matrix, natural resources, the DNA of the indigenous population, and key cosmic channels. They do not use ground bases, but are waging an asymmetric war on the mental, astral and etheric planes (5D and higher), deploying frequency filters and reference matrices.

The power point of the Light Rings in Laos. An energy and crystal stabilizer that cleans the hydraulic system of the entire Mekong region.

Mount Popa

An extinct volcano in Myanmar. The mix zone. A place of strong shamanism, partially intercepted by Dark Rings to collect the emotional energy of pilgrims through worship cults. But they are hindered by Taung Kalat, a Buddhist monastery built on the peak in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It has a special hall where there are statues of 37 spirits responsible for the highest Spiritual values and aspects of Burmese life.

In California: Hundreds of suspected child predators have been apprehended and dozens of minors rescued in a sweeping multi-agency crackdown across Southern California targeting internet-facilitated child exploitation, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has said.
