Connecting To Negative Ions

Negative ions are electrically-charged atoms and molecules in a good way. They are electrons which strengthen the immune system, give proper brain function, soothe away muscular aches and pains, calm the nervous system, provide for a better sleep at night, keep blood pressure normalized, provide oxygen, and have other wonderful health benefits.
However, positively-charging ions or protons penetrate and alter cellular structure causing disruption in all health factors, and over time, deplete the physical vessel, emotions, and mind into disease states.
In current times, with “5G” technology continually increasing which releases positive ions and with being more prevalent coming our Sun and from deep space, humanity is in need of understanding how to activate the negative ions more profoundly for wellness and protection.
Numerous articles have repeated the crystals and gemstones that have been shown to have the best effect upon protecting humanity from dangerous EMFs (Electromagnetic Frequencies) coming from technology and from space. However, other factors play a part as well.
Being around Nature (trees, water from lakes, ponds, seas, and oceans) rather than constant concrete and steel carries lots of harmonious ions.
There is an old saying that “SPIRIT MOVES ON THE FACE OF THE WATERS”. Although this is a sacred philosophical statement, it actually holds truth. Pure, clean water has been scientifically proven to consist of vital negatively-charging ions.
Interestingly, our planet Earth as well as the human body has more of the water element than any other element. Yet, because our world is currently in a state of constant penetration and alteration from proton surges, even the water element in the average human vessel is compromised.
Previous articles have discussed the harmful protons that are coming from medical x-rays, cell phones, computers, lap tops, wifi routers, and airport check-in points to make sure that customers are not carrying weapons.
So, attracting negative ions as much as possible helps in being shielded from so much on-going dangerous radiation. As already mentioned, certain stones have protective powers that shield us from radiation. Besides these, however, did you know that in the early morning and in late afternoon, the good negative ions are more available?
Thus, getting out into the early morning air is a good idea. Weather permitting, do Yoga or Tai Chi outside in the morning or late afternoon hours. Meditate too outside at these times. When weather is too cold for these activities outside, just sitting in your vehicle near a lake or pond helps in the reception of negative ions. Roll your window down just a bit for a few moments and take deep breaths.
Negative ions have also been noticed to be more prevalent just after a rain storm has subsided. Just before, however, when clouds are dark and when thunder is rolling in the skies, positive protons tend to be active.
It is important to be able to “read” Nature. Notice how the animals scamper to get into their shelters before a storm arrives, and notice also how birds do not chirp when a storm is building. After a storm is over, then the animals and birds come out again.
Further, when a storm is about to arrive, the leaves at the bottom of trees turn over indicating that the storm is close. When the leaves are turned over at the tops of the trees, a storm is coming, but it is yet in the distance.
Native Americans — also known as “Indigenous People”— know about “reading” Nature. Did you know that they also trace their distant ancestral heritage to Kemet (Egypt)? However, that is for another in-depth teaching at another time. For now, let us continue to deal with the discussion of Nature’s wellness benefits.
It is very necessary that our streams, lakes, and ponds be cleansed of debris. Besides removing filth from them as many members of wonderful environmental organizations do, a mystical aspect to this is also interesting.
Several years ago, some Spiritual Scientists along with some Mainstream Scientists conducted an experiment at a filthy lake in Mexico. Cartons and plastics and other filth were first removed which took may days. Then lots of Clear Quartz Crystals were prayed over and tossed into the lake. The next day, when the scientists of both groups returned to the lake, they tasted the water, and it was very clear and slightly sweet.
With various testing devices, mainstream scientists realized that the water was amazingly free of pollution. When they asked the Spiritual Scientists what was said over the crystals before they were launched into the water, it was an ancient mantra — taught many thousands of years ago — that was specifically for cleansing water.
Modern mankind must come to realize that there are strange mysterious sound frequencies that change environments and circumstances because these frequencies are activated by particular levels of consciousness.
As humanity continues developing — in good ways as well as in not good ways as a new era continues to unfold — those who care about improving their lives on all levels would do well to understand the subject of ionization and how to access the good aspects of it for happier, healthier times.
Earth is in the midst of a geomagnetic storm at the “G2” level from an earlier release of a CME from a powerful solar flare, and proton plasma density and pressure has entered the planetary magnetosphere from outside of our solar system as well.
Auroras are visible in parts of Canada and in northern USA states. Although colorful, auroras are signs of intense radiation. They are also known as the “Northern and Southern Lights” or “Aurora Borealis” and “Aurora Australis”.
More CMEs are on the way to Earth which are expected to produce geomagnetic storms from “G1” to “G2” possibly producing relatively large earthquakes in certain regions. Also, Mercury officially retrogrades tomorrow, November 9th to November 29th.
